Pathogenwatch supports integrating virulence schemes from BigsDB

The Pathogenwatch MLST/cgMLST software is able to integrate any scheme provided by hosts using the BIGSdb software, such as PubMLST or the Pasteur Institute. These schemes are run in an identical manner to produce a profile of allele codes corresponding to the set of queried genes.
