Creating sub-collections

Sometimes it can be useful for a user to explore a collection and by filtering the genomes, find genomes of interest. Once a sub-collection of genomes has been found a user can create a new collection using the save icon in the Search (Filter) bar. This will create a new collection and redirect the user.
