The Interactive Collection View's URL is permanent, even if the owner changes the title text. You can bookmark it and return later. If you are signed in and create a Collection, it will be saved to your account.
The "Interactive Collection View" consists of several interrelated components, along with a header row containing links to the home page and a "Downloads" button in the top right.

The Tree Panel - A mutation distance based tree or network showing the relationships between the selected genomes, visualised using PhyloCanvas.
The Map Panel - A global map showing the locations of genomes that have geospatial metadata.
Data Tables - Tables displaying all uploaded metadata (user-supplied data), calculated typing assignments (such as MLST and Genotyphi) and antimicrobial resistance predictions.
Timeline - A timeline bar chart of all user-supplied sample dates for the genomes in the collection.
Search-and-filter query bar - a type-in field allowing the selection or finding of genomes by searching the metadata fields.
